While on the way to escape from zombies that are even more violent than before, you and your friends discovered an abandoned fortress jutting out of the ground. You're forced to lead everyone into the fortress without any other options. A battle for survival rages on in this desolate landscape.

Last Fortress: Underground is an alternate version of the zombie war taking place outside its confines. While it's a solid and darkened structure, players must find many light-generating sources and lighting systems to operate. Each fortress has a distinct personality that requires critical thinking and keen observation to take advantage of. Leadership entails understanding the strength of your power and harnessing that strength for the benefit of others. This is exemplified by heroes who choose to lead even when they don't have to. Because of the perilous nature of this task, you need to assign someone to go out and look for additional resources and backup shelter in the surrounding wasteland. This is a must because your team won’t have any weapons or defenses if you don’t do this properly.
